Outdoor seating with external dimensions of approx. 7x7 m, i.e. 49 square meters. Dismantled by buyer and available at Linnégatan 37 in Gothenburg. (dismantling must take place during the month of May)
The wall and roof frame consists of VKR steel 80x80 mm. The frame is welded and is bolted to the patio deck on which the frame rests.
Internal ceiling height to crossbeam is 2m and to bottom ridge 3.25m.
internal dimension LXB for the entire building is 6.6x6.6 m. c/cm dimension between the steel columns is 3.25 m.
On the front of the building there are two sliding door sections from Willab Garden with insulating glass and a height of 200 cm:
1 piece of 3 doors with a width of 320 cm
1 piece of 2 doors with 180 m
Furthermore, on the front, there is an entrance door in wood and glass with the module dimensions 90x210 cm and side lights in insulating glass of 110x200 cm.
The sides of the building are built with a parapet of wood and then tempered glass.
At the entrance at the back there is a flat roof of 170x166 cm which is made of square steel and coated with plastic. At the same entrance there is also an arched ceiling of 340 cm x 170 cm. the entrance door to the outdoor dining area itself is also a sliding door section from Willab Garden.
As a roof, four electric awnings are mounted and in the case between the awnings (in the middle of the building) there is a metal gutter for water drainage.
The floor (above the terrace timber) is covered with a plastic click floor.
Outside the building there is a smaller terrace of 170x700 cm.
