Remarks

Below are the points that the buyer must manage before moving the container, the unit. Contact information for the landowner will be provided after the auction has ended, the auction company has received your payment.

Application for demolition permit.
Notification to the electricity grid owner that BESS is being discontinued must be made by an installation company approved by the grid owner.
Electrical disconnection of the BESS system from the electrical cabinet, approved installer.
Excavation and demolition of the BESS installation ducts and cables should be done by the person who laid the cables to BESS so that other cables are not damaged. The transformer is in operation.
Excavation and demolition and removal of fences around the BESS facility
Removal of the BESS facility
Restoration of land after excavations and the foundation of the BESS facility

Important info

Since the bidder is obliged to inspect the item prior to the auction it is strongly recommended that the bidder attends the exhibition. PS is not responsible for the Customer neglecting its obligation of inspection.

The handover will take place in consultation with the administrator and the buyer. As the units are connected, the electrical contractor will need to dismantle the wiring in a correct manner before removal can take place. Contact notices to landowners and landlords will be issued after the auction company has received full payment.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time.
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item
