Bitium Tank Emulsion / Bituminous Product Transport Tank 12 ton.

The idea is not complete. Heating part is not complete where diesel heaters need to be reviewed. Electronics also need to be reviewed.

Supplier specification:

- Cylindrical section adapted for truck frame
- Support frame made in UPN
- Tank capacity 12000 liters
- Made in carbon chair S 235 JR
- The tank is placed on a metal frame according to your drawing with a container lock in each corner.
- Scoop shot in tank.
- Insulation with rockwool thickness 100mm (compressed 80mm) Density 100kg per cubic meter, in accordance with certification requirements. In the event of a fire, the tank with insulation does not emit toxic gases.
- The tank is covered with stainless steel Inox thickness 10/10

HEATING:
o Automatic heating 230 V., made by Riello
o The flame tube in the tank for heating is connected directly to the burner
o Exhaust pipe from the tank when heated
- Temperature indication by bimetallic thermometer
- Level measurement and external temperature indication mounted adjacent to the burner for control. Warning indicator connected to maximum level sensor.
- Level sensor "BESTA" with magnetic contact for control of minimum level for switching off the heater when the product level is lower than the flame tube.
- Level sensor "BESTA" with magnetic contact for checking the maximum level for switching off the heater when the maximum filling level has been reached.
- Walk-in table for access to the manhole.
- Ladder to reach walkway.
- Male hatch diameter 500mm with ventilation valve.
- Connection for emptying the product using a separate pump (pump not included).
- Control panel mounted on the side of the tank.
o Main switch
o Thermostat and indication of product temperature
o Burner control
o Vertical shaft control mixer controls
o "Block burner" controls
o Control, control and safety thermostat for switching off the burner

o Emergency stop of burner at low level of product.
o Alarm at maximum level in tank
o Socket for connecting an external electronic component

Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
