Mats Myrsell puts the competition helmet on the shelf after a successful racing career and now sells his unique top-equipped and well-maintained Porsche cars through PSauction.

This announcement is auctioned off a very nice Porsche 911 (RS equipped) which is street-inspected and ready to drive this summer, suitable both for driving on the track and for collector car meetings.

The car is not appendix K inspected but is completely ready for this if you want to make a pure racing car from this gem.

The current owner has owned the car since 2009 and it was imported from England by Barry Whizzo Williams in 2008.

Large sums have been invested to get the car in this design and in this fine condition.

Engine is a 2.8 l 6 cyl boxer with Kugelficher (Bosch) injection system and with Bosch dual ignition system which gives about 228 hp on the drive wheels. Brake certificate shows 260 hp in the engine with a maximum torque of 244.9Nm at 5150 rpm

Engine and gearbox driven about 200 miles after review.

New large oil cooler with new hoses modified cooling system mounted in the front type air tunnel.

New complete Sinter coupling mounted, also coupling fork and coupling wire.

Totally completed gearbox by Perrys Motor, new diff + changed to storage gearbox type magnesium, new gears.

Synchronized gear length as below:

1 = 11-35, 2 = 16.35, 3 = 20-32, 4 = 23-29, 5 = 26-26 7/31 FD

New drive shafts fitted. New linkage for more distinctive gear, knot cross support bearings and Teflon bushings

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
