A real "sunroof bubble" from 1962. The car has been given a custom touch with new paint, removed moldings, lowering, etc. Front seats have been replaced with a pair of bowl-folding seats. A couple of original chairs are included, as well as upholstery in orange artificial leather with white seams and white piping (see picture on the back seat). The front trailer is equipped with a lowering kit and there are lowering spindles at the front.
Inspected 2021-05-07 without remark and is now exempt from inspection. Prior to the inspection, all steering joints and wheel bearings were replaced with new countersinks.
The car gives a good impression. There are some visual defects in the paint where the paint has been released with surface rust as a result. The chrome on the bumpers has started to become spotty. Rust damage on the center plate at the back against the bracket for the bumper, see picture. Crack in the right side window at the back, a new pair of side windows is included.
The car has been stationary in the garage for two years but started nicely with the documentation. However, the electric choke is not installed correctly so it does not idle before it gets hot. The car lacks a heat chamber and reverse lock.
Mixed engine parts and other spare parts included.
A nice summer car that can be enjoyed as it is or further crafted to make its own mark.
