Transfer of business on behalf of bankruptcy trustee.

The business consists of Café with a central location in Alingsås.

Simpler kitchen and serving to be able to make cold dishes, coffee and desserts. As the room does not have kitchen ventilation, the room is not suitable for restaurant operations, frying and grilling is not allowed.

The business is located at Nygatan 7 in Alingsås, bought 1 year ago for SEK 250,000.

All equipment owned by the bankruptcy estate is included in the transfer. Does not apply to objects that have other ownership or are on lease.

Equipment that is included is, for example, the majority of kitchen appliances, equipment and furniture.

Equipment that is not included is, for example, ice cream boxes, the Esspresso machine that is rented.

Buyers of this property must be approved by the landlord before the purchase can be completed.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
