Info Shipping Exhibition Pick up Auction type

The shed is 2.5 meters deep and 4.0 meters wide. Internal height is 203 cm and total height about 2.3 meters.
It is made in blocks and can be driven well on a solid trailer. We can also help with transport.

 

The frame is made of 45X70 joists with horizontal 22 mm facade panel. Roof trusses of 45 X 195 joists with a slope of about three degrees. A double door (barn door) 125X185 cm in the middle and a fixed window 50X140 cm (glass top) on both sides of the door.
Knot boards, stealth and lining and windscreens are included in roughly cut lengths. Floors not included.

Note that it is delivered unpainted as a kit in blocks. So not pre-assembled

The following is included:

4 pre-nailed wall blocks

7 roof trusses, two of which are paneled (end tips)

Knot boards, wind boards, stealth boards and lining boards

1 double door (barn door) 125X185 cm with hinges

2 glass tops

Please note that these are newly manufactured sheds that can be picked up at the earliest three weeks after the end of the auction.

The sheds are always delivered unpainted, but primed facades can be ordered if desired.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item.

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
