The municipality of Flen is selling two charging stations for electric cars, one on Vasagatan 1 in Flen and one on Landsvägsgatan 50 in Malmköping, to the highest bidder. The weather protection in the pictures is included in the agreement. The charging stations are not sold separately. The charging stations must remain in the existing location, the buyer signs a right-of-use agreement with the municipality for this and must offer charging (50 kW and type 2) to the public. The buyer retains any profit from the sale of electricity to end customers. In order to purchase the charging stations, conditions in the right of use agreement and purchase agreement must be accepted, see attached file below. There is also a link to a map showing the location of the facilities.

Current operation

Plant 1 was commissioned in October 2016. Average consumption in 2022 was approx. 8300 kWh/month. No charge is made for charging.

Plant 2 was commissioned in April 2019. Average consumption in 2022 was approx. 7900 kWh/month. No charge is made for charging.

All bids are binding and the service fee is charged on all items. Any deviations from equivalent second-hand goods are described under the section Remarks in the description of the Item and thus PS is not responsible for the deviation.
The item is NOT TESTED by the auction firm unless otherwise specified in the object description. The object description is done with the best of our knowledge but not binding in detail.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item.

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
