General description of the service

PS Auction is an auction company that provides auction solutions for both buyers and sellers. Buyers – both private individuals and companies – can place bids on auction items offered by sellers via our auction platform. Sellers wishing to list items for sale can contact our sales representatives for further assistance. Each auction item is subject to a service fee which may be fixed or based on a percentage of the placed bid. In some cases, we offer shipping; in others, items must be collected on-site.

Requirements applicable to our service

PS Auction provides an e-commerce service in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services. The general requirements for services in Annex I, Section III, as well as additional accessibility requirements in Section IV (g), apply to our e-commerce service.

In broad terms, this means that the service and all information must be accessible in a consistent and appropriate manner – it must be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. Information shall be made available via more than one sensory channel in an understandable and perceivable way. Non-text content shall be presented in an alternative format. Furthermore, the content shall be available in text formats that can be converted into alternative assistive formats, adapted to be displayed in different ways and via multiple sensory channels – with appropriate font size, shape, and contrast.

Accessibility requirements also apply to identification, electronic signatures, security, and payment methods that are part of the e-commerce service.

How we meet the accessibility requirements

We work actively to ensure that our website is accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technical circumstances. Our goal is to meet the requirements of the European Accessibility Act and WCAG 2.1 level AA.

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. We are working actively to achieve full compliance as soon as possible, with a focus on areas that have the greatest impact on accessibility.

Preparation of this statement

This accessibility statement was prepared on June 27, 2025, using a combination of automated tests (WAVE Evaluation Tool) and manual review.
It will be reviewed every 12 months.
