Other info: Dismantling is done by the buyer, don't forget to bring relevant tools for this, ladders are available to borrow. There is also an elevator in the property. Parking is available just outside. Unfortunately, Ps staff cannot help with lifting.
All bids are binding and the service fee is charged on all items. Any deviations from equivalent second-hand goods are described under the section Remarks in the description of the Item and thus PS is not responsible for the deviation.
