PS: Only the store shelf is included in the purchase. Everything on and off the store shelf is NOT included.
NOTE: The store shelf must be dismantled and the electricity disconnected. We do not know how it is assembled or attached. Bring lifting equipment and tools.
NOTE: The handover is Thursday 8/10 at 09:00. You must respect the day and time for handover because the premises must be returned the same day.
The property is located in Central Skellefteå.
