Complete welding robot cell with accessories - Motoman ARC 6000 / EA1900N - 2004
Complete robot cell for automated welding with Motoman EA1900N industrial robot, NX100 control system, RM2-250 STX positioner/turntable and Fronius TPS4000 CMT welding equipment.
The plant was taken out of production in 2017 when the seller's customer's production was moved abroad and has not been used in production since then.
The robot has been functionally tested prior to sale and a film of its operation is available. The positioner has not been functionally tested prior to sale.
The facility is sold complete with, among other things, a safety fence, extraction with hood, extra fixture frames and previous ESAB welding equipment.

According to the seller, the ESAB AristoMig 500 was functional when it was replaced by the Fronius equipment. It has not been functionally tested prior to sale.

Service and history
Documented service history is available for the facility. The journal contains recurring service and checks of the robot, control system, positioner and welding equipment.
Separate documentation is available for the Fronius TPS4000 CMT with review/service documented in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, among other things. The service journal also contains documented checks of the RM2-250 STX and the robot's mechanical and electrical components.

The robot has been functionally tested before sale and a film is available.
The positioner could not be functionally tested prior to sale.
Loading assistance is available on site. The seller can assist with dismantling the ventilation. Other dismantling is carried out by the buyer.
