Info Shipping Exhibition Pick up Auction type

Former building for property recycling. Built in 2014. Will be dismantled in a total of 7 parts during September and delivered by crane truck (at cost price - 1200 SEK/hour).

BUILDING INFORMATION:

- Uninsulated building built in 2014 with two insulating glass panes at one end (plywood panels at the other end).

- The building currently stands on a poured concrete foundation with a heel of 280 mm.

- Internal ceiling height from current floor is approximately 3430 mm, ceiling height to bottom edge approximately 2400 mm.

- Internal width, between inside panel material, 4190 mm and a length of 6715 mm (tip to tip).

- Timber in roof truss: 45x115 in lower frame and 45x145 in upper frame.

- The walls consist of: board material (type minerite) + 45x90 + 25 mm + outer panel.

Dismantling will take place in early September and the building will be dismantled according to plan according to the image (AI-generated).

The steel door in the picture is not included and will be dismantled.

Delivery takes place every Tuesday between 9-11 a.m. the week after the auction ends. Address will be on invoice.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Please bring a copy of the invoice to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
