This image reveals two crucial details that completely change the valuation:
The manufacturer (Wiwen Nilsson): The handwriting on the note in the box confirms that the cufflinks were designed by Wiwen Nilsson in Lund. He is one of Sweden's most famous and internationally sought-after silversmiths of all time. His austere, geometric designs have a devoted collector base.
The original box: Although the box comes from another fine court jeweler (H. Lundelius), the handwritten label "Manschettkn. Wiwen" provides a direct context. Rectangular design which makes it a complete and much more sought after men's set.
