Post-purchase regret
As an individual you are legally entitled to 14 days right of withdrawal. To withdraw a purchase you can Withdraw your purchase here by filling out the form. You could also use the standar form from the Swedish Consumer Agency that you could find here or contact us.
Please note that the service fee will still be debited since it's included in the bidding service.

Complaints
All items are sold in their current condition and as a customer you have the conditions for examination according to conditions. Errors, which were marked or should have been marked when the customer examined the auction item at these times, shall immediately be complained about. PS are only responsible for errors reported in writing by the customer within (15) days after the error was/should have been marked, for example at the time of the examination prior to the purchase or pick-up.
