NOTE: The object is located in Hamburg, Germany

NOTE: Only containers are included in the purchase.

Buyer is responsible for ensuring that dismantling is carried out according to the landowner's directives.
This must be dismantled with the companies that have been installed with.

See below for approximate work and costs that buyers are required to pay when purchasing an object from the landowner in Hamburg:
 

1. Preparation and planning

• Technical site inspection (container placements, cabling, transformer connection, access conditions)

• Development of dismantling and safety concepts (including power disconnection, work environment safety, unloading procedure)

• Coordination with electrical contractor and, if necessary, grid owner for disconnection of high voltage

→ Estimated cost: €1,500

2. Disconnection and dismantling of electrical supply

• Safe shutdown of the high-voltage supply

• Professional disconnection of the main cable from the transformer

• Dismantling of internal electrical distribution (substations, fuses, sockets, lighting)

• Dismantling and marking of all supply and connection cables, including grounding

• Removal of all wiring (cable ladders, clamps, pipes, etc.)

• Documentation of all electrical work performed

3. Unloading of containers

• Provision and organization of unloading equipment (e.g. forklift, crane, lifting platform)

• Unloading of all materials, equipment and installations from the three containers

• Sorting, temporary storage and preparation for further transport

→ Estimated cost: €6,000

4. Dismantling the external power supply and connection cables

• Removal of external power supplies (cables between containers)

• Dismantling of communication and control cables

• Dismantling of protection devices, contacts and transition points

• Insulation and securing of all open cable ends according to VDE standard

→ Estimated cost: €4,000

5. Transport preparations and container handling

• Preparation of the containers for transport (uncoupling, sealing, inspection)

• Securing the containers for loading (e.g. on low-load trailers)

• Provision of lifting equipment and personnel

→ Estimated cost: €5,000

6. Waste management and finishing work

• Removal and proper disposal of unusable cables, materials and assembly materials

• Cleaning the area and proper handover of the workplace

• Final documentation (including photos and inspection report)

→ Estimated cost: €3,000

7. Project management and coordination

• On-site project management (1–2 days)

• Coordination with customer, electrical contractor, logistics and network owner

• Safety coordination, documentation and final handover meeting

→ Estimated cost: €5,500

All bids are binding and the service fee is charged on all items. Any deviations from equivalent second-hand goods are described under the section Remarks in the description of the Item and thus PS is not responsible for the deviation.
The item is NOT TESTED by the auction firm unless otherwise specified in the object description. The object description is done with the best of our knowledge but not binding in detail.
