Remarks

The buyer is responsible for all disassembly and removal of purchased items. The buyer is responsible for having carrying help and the right tools with him on the appointed day and time to be able to dismantle his purchased items.

Furniture will need to be carried up to ground level, bring your own carrying help. All dismantling is the responsibility of the buyer, this must be done correctly without damaging the property. Any damage will be the responsibility of the buyer. There must be no cut cables or open plumbing.

Scratches, abrasions, dirt appear on the furniture in the auction. Traces of food are found on restaurant machines.

PLEASE NOTE! This is a judicial sale since the objects belong to a bankruptcy. According to our terms it is therefore not possible to make a complaint regarding these objects.
All bids are binding and the service fee is charged on all items. Any deviations from equivalent second-hand goods are described under the section Remarks in the description of the Item and thus PS is not responsible for the deviation.
The item is NOT TESTED by the auction firm unless otherwise specified in the object description. The object description is done with the best of our knowledge but not binding in detail.

The restaurant is located in a company building with other companies. Several entrances but with stairs up to ground level. For restaurant machines etc. there is a lift inside the kitchen.

Furniture will need to be carried up to ground level, bring your own carrying help. All dismantling is the responsibility of the buyer, this must be done correctly without damaging the property. Any damage will be the responsibility of the buyer. There must be no cut cables or open plumbing.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
