BMW R100 RS in very well cared for and well preserved condition with few owners

ATTENTION! NOT former police motorcycle!

Test driven and runs as it should and everything works

Still with original pearl white paint and original engine (matching numbers on frame and engine)

For example, the tank is in almost perfect condition as there was a tank cover on it (see picture)

Newly inspected without remark and is therefore exempt from inspection

Most of the inspection papers between 1986-2003 are still there and it appears that it has not traveled more than 12,200 miles. All protocols are also without comment.

Instruction book/service book, pump, tools and 1st aid kit are preserved

Keys for all locks are available, also for bags and the double hose locks (one is an accessory that is inside the frame tube, see picture)

Newly serviced with new battery, engine oil/filter, brake fluid and spark plugs

We have not done any technical inspection, so take into account that the motorcycle is 40 years old with many miles on the odometer, so of course there may be other defects, oil leaks, rust or the like that we have not seen

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item.

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
