Practical tinyhouse that has been built to be self-sufficient in electricity and can be set up in any location without connected electricity, plumbing or drainage.
The building basically consists of a body with 35 mm sandwich laminate in the floor, walls and roof. This ensures good insulation and keeps the weight down. The exterior panel is maintenance-free and has been fitted by professional carpenters.
Previous electrical system has been redone. The building has received an extended 12-volt system that powers all lighting, charging sockets and other equipment.
What remains of 230v are two sockets by the kitchen, one for external charging of the living room battery and sockets for e.g. kettle or toaster. In the back room there is a double socket for TV on one wall and a couple of sockets behind the sofa bed for any purpose.
The double doors in the back wall of the house have been specially built for the accommodation and the idea is to let light into the rooms and give a feeling of letting the outdoor environment become a natural feeling when you go out and have your morning coffee. Maybe you want to have a custom terrace or conservatory built next to the stairs. The options have been left for the buyer to do as they wish.
The construction is done on a braked chassis that can legally be towed at up to 80 km/h.
The material choices and the basic construction are made with a focus on getting a house that will last for many years and that, thanks to its compact-living concept, offers a high standard of living together with low operating costs.
The fridge and stove/oven are powered by LPG and the heater is powered by a frugal fuel heater that consumes around 2 dl/hour and has a high output which therefore makes it run smoothly and quietly when in use.
The building's previous space planning has not been touched. The back room has been equipped with a comfortable 2-seater sofa bed (the sofa is not included) which folds out into a 140 cm bed if needed. On the wall opposite sits a 12v TV. Above the sofa is a stable built-in shelf with integrated downlight spots.
In the front room there is a stylish kitchenette which, through a discreet construction, hides kitchen spaces with space for plates, glasses, cutlery and all kinds of equipment for cooking and preparing food.
At bedtime, the idea is that the discreet kitchenette should make as little impression as possible when you make the two beds that are hidden in the other long side wall.
The beds are of a high quality and become two full-length 80cm beds when they have been made out.
In the front part of the house there is a former storage room which can now be used as a toilet and also has a closed space where fresh water, LPG and fuel are stored safely without proximity to the living area.
The vehicle is sold newly inspected with new tires on new wheels and with a newly serviced brake system.
