Sabbath function
The Sabbath function allows you to cook during the Sabbath, the holiday of rest, and adhere to the regulations. The oven runs without lights for a longer period, and uses both top and bottom heat between 60 and 100°C.

Plate warmer
The plate warmer function from Smeg can be used to heat your plates before serving as well as to keep your food warm.
Vapor Clean
The Vapor Clean function is a special function that uses steam to loosen spilled and burnt food from the inside of the oven, making it easier to clean. The only thing you need to do is fill approx. 40ml of water in the bottom of the oven and spray some water (possibly mixed with washing-up liquid) on the sides where there is a build-up of dirt. Close the door and switch on the Vapor Clean function, when the program has finished, the dirt has been loosened and the oven is much easier to clean.
Fermentation function
The fermentation function generates a temperature of 40°C which creates the perfect environment to leaven your doughs. Just select the proofing function and place the dough in the oven - ideal for baking bread or even pizza dough. It is recommended to cover the dough with, for example, plastic wrap during the process to prevent a dry shell from forming on the outside.
Fast heating
With the rapid heating function, the oven reaches the desired temperature within a few minutes. Perfect when it needs to get away.
