Induction
Cooking with induction is a modern way of cooking, with electric induction instead of traditional heating elements. The heat is only generated at the bottom of the pan, while the surface of an induction hob remains cold and safe. This reduces heat loss and makes cooking more energy efficient.
Heating zones
The induction cooker has 4 cooking zones, all with automatic shut-off, information on maximum pan diameter and residual heat indicator.
Kitchen-ware
When cooking on an induction hob, you must have pots and pans with a bottom in ferromagnetic metal such as stainless steel. This can be checked by placing a regular magnet on the bottom of the pan - if it sticks, the pan can be used on the induction hob.
Cleaning
Induction zones are easy to clean - you can easily remove food residues and other spillage.
Oven
With 70 liters of oven capacity and 5 shelves, you get enough space for all your cooking and you can easily prepare large quantities of food at the same time. The oven offers 9 practical functions and the oven door has 4 layers of glass, 3 of which have thermoreflective glass.
Grill function
Grill regardless of the season and weather. The oven with 2.7 kW power has a grill function that can be used with the door closed.
Interior
The oven's powerful halogen lighting provides a good overview of the cooking process. The inside of the oven is protected by an enamel, which is also easy to clean.
Pyrolytic cleaning
With pyrolytic cleaning, fat and food particles are reduced to a thin layer of ash by very high temperature. This makes it easier to wipe down afterwards and you don't have to use any heavy cleaning agents.
