Newly produced and unused Campervan
The joint-stock company Henry & son has developed and built a campervan (camping vehicle/mobile home) for its business, it is completely newly produced and the living area is basically completely unused. The vehicle is newly registered as Passenger car class 2 SA Campervan. The vehicle is in good exterior condition, also interior in the living area.
It is important to point out that the Motorhome/Campervan, i.e. the living area, is completely newly built. The exterior is also all new, for example tires and rims, window panes, solar panels, work lighting, sunroof, off-road package, foiling, diesel heater, etc. See specification list
The material cost alone is approx. SEK 250,000, neither labor cost nor car purchase NOT included
The campervan is based on a used VW Transporter 2011 with a long wheelbase that has been given a completely newly built insulated living area. Only quality products and quality brands have been used in the creation of the Campervan. In this vehicle there are no materials from, for example, Biltema, Jula, Byggmax or the like. Most of the material/products inside come from companies in the motorhome and boat market. Carpenters in England have made the furniture. The focus has been on using good materials. In other words, this is not home construction but something like a joint stock company built full time. The vehicle now has a more robust exterior with an off-road package consisting of heavy-duty tires and rims, with a fender flare package that protects the body. The camper van comes fully equipped right from the start, everything from App-controlled solar panels and battery monitoring, door awning, outdoor table mounted in the sliding door, internal kitchen table, sun protection/isolation curtain driver's cab. U-shaped sofa in lightweight plywood that can easily be converted into two beds, the floor plan provides good storage options. Internal floor to ceiling height 146cm
Other information
The entire living area with all systems and functions works when handed over to. Features and systems have been tested to make sure everything works, which it did.

Known defects on the car itself :
The car's starter battery discharges after a while, especially if the car is not used. Then a maintenance charge is needed. Probably time to change the battery
(NB the Campervan's electrical system is completely independent and not connected to the car's electrical system or starter battery)
Gap in passenger door speaker
A key
There are dents on the sliding door
During the test drive, a clunking noise was heard in the front carriage, but was only heard sometimes
