Ring 14K gold with brilliant-cut diamonds totaling approx. 3-4 ctv. Gross weight approx. 8.93 grams. Size approx. 16 mm.

Wear and tear. Some stones possibly synthetic.

Estimated insurance value amounts to approx. SEK 80,000, see valuation statement for detailed information.

Personal viewing can be arranged by agreement and takes place at the seller's office in Eksjö.

Special valuation statement/certificate from external expertise in accordance with his terms. Market value is based on a market-adjusted valuation of the object before the auction, but does not constitute a prediction of the sale price but an assessment and serves only as a guide. The buyer does not have the right to make any claim against the seller due to the seller's valuation of and/or assigned market value to an object. The price at which an object is finally sold can be significantly above or below the market value.
The fact that the object is sold with a statement/certificate from external expertise does not constitute a reason for the buyer not to fulfill his duty of investigation.

All bids are binding and the service fee is charged on all items. Any deviations from equivalent second-hand goods are described under the section Remarks in the description of the Item and thus PS is not responsible for the deviation.
The item is NOT TESTED by the auction firm unless otherwise specified in the object description. The object description is done with the best of our knowledge but not binding in detail.

The item is sent automatically to the registered address since shipping is included.

The item usually shipped within 7-10 business days after payment received. The item is handled directly by the selling party and not in PS's own warehouse.

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item.

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
