Comment:
The ship is a houseboat construction started in two floors. One should see the current status of the project as an empty shell where the foundation of the renovation has begun. During the ocular review, one could, among other things, see that the engine and generator have new exhaust pipes and are installed o boat. Double doors are installed. Windows are dismantled. Some frames could be found on the ship. Engine and equipment are not tested.
The boat has been at the current yard for about 10 years, when it came in 10 years ago the hull was blasted and painted with epoxy paint. The hull was then according to the shipyard that carried out the work in ok condition.
There are no known mortgages on the ship.
See the attached register extract from the Swedish Transport Agency
ATTENTION! The berth where the ship is today is not included in the purchase.
There is an opportunity to negotiate with the shipyard if possibly renting a new berth, this is done between the new buyer and the shipyard.
