The ship is sold debt-free, there are mortgages that are settled through the bankruptcy estate's provision and in consultation with the bank. For administrative reasons, there will be a slight delay in re-registration to a new owner.
The ship operated until summer 2023 at the latest. Maintenance is currently postponed. Service/repair needs exist.
A total of 3 motors. Main engine Scania DSI11, approx. 300hp. 2 Iveco 6.5l with approx. 145 hp/pc. All work, recoil defective on starboard engine.
Electric works. There is an extra electrical unit in the engine room that is not connected.
Lift probably needs to be done and fix maintenance and repairs. Possible diving.
The following verbal information is available:
1. The 5-year inspection has not been done and needs to be done. Should be done in the summer of 2023.
2. New zinc anodes need to be installed, probably around 50.
3. The stem has 3 flotation tanks, there is quite a lot of "abrasion damage".
4. Unknown condition propellers, but these probably need to be straightened and repaired.
5. Backlash starboard engine needs to be replaced/renovated.
6. A defect on the electric motor for the support leg needs to be fixed, is assessed as a minor problem.
Cargo space today has a few cubic meters of oil-contaminated water. This will be emptied shortly and emptying will be paid for by the bankruptcy estate. However, there will still be some construction surplus in the cargo space for which the buyer must take responsibility. The vessel will be handed over in its current condition and the bankruptcy estate will not provide any guarantees.
Excavator not included (included in some pictures). The space for the excavator is 310 cm wide. A 24-tonner has been used.
Reservation for more defects not known to the administrator.
History: According to oral information, the ship was built in Hunnebostrand in 1981-1982, but was probably not launched until 1984. The ship has been operating in Luleå for some time and after that in the Stockholm Archipelago. In 2019, the ship was bought by ML Byggkonsult for 3.5 million excluding VAT.
Viewing will only take place by booking with the manager. The ship is currently within a locked/fenced area.
