Important info

All bids are binding and the service fee is charged on all items. Any deviations from equivalent second-hand goods are described under the section Remarks in the description of the Item and thus PS is not responsible for the deviation.

Shipping can be paid via Swish 123 606 66 66 or Bankgiro: 5533-1409. Enter item number. The recipient of payment is Gustatempe, who takes care of shipping and handling. Receipt sent after payment. No message needs to be sent after. The item number is used to derive the payment for the shipment.

  • The item will be shipped to your address on your PS Auction account. If a different delivery address is required, it will be added to your PS Auction account. No alternative delivery addresses are accepted via email or telephone.
  • Packages are insured for SEK 150 kilos. If you want extended insurance, contact hej@just-in-time.se
  • Parcels are sent primarily with Schenker and to the agent they specify by default for the postal code. Other shipping methods may occur.
  • No notification that shipping has been paid or delivery addresses need to be emailed.
  • If no notification has come within 7 days of payment, contact hej@just-in-time.se.
  • Contact hej@just-in-time.se if you have questions about shipping.

Please note that when purchasing shipping, the shipping cost is NOT refunded in the event of a complaint. Shipping is in no way related to PS Auction but is an external service. Please take this into account if shipping is required.

Keep in mind that no complaints about notifications not arriving as they should will be taken into account. The package is announced with and sent within 1-2 days after payment. It is your responsibility to check that these notifications are received and to notify us if anything is missing.

No view possible

Pick-up takes place at Väla in Helsingborg. Address: Ekslingan 4

The item can be picked up Monday–Thursday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Pick-up must be made within 1 week of the end of the auction.

No loading assistance is available on site (neither hand loading nor forklift). Please bring your own loading assistance, equipment and packaging for packing.

Directions
The venue is located behind Leos Lekland and next to Tretorn .
The entrance is a black glass door right next to the loading docks on the building. There is a smaller sign marked PS Auction on the wall and a larger one on the lawn .

If the item is not picked up on time

Depending on the situation and conditions, the following measures can be taken:

  • Storage costs are charged until the item is picked up.
    - Smaller items that fit on a shelf: SEK 20 per day.
    -     Larger objects on pallets: SEK 100 per pallet space and day.
    -     Example: An object that occupies 10 pallet spaces costs SEK 1,000 per day.
    -     The storage cost is paid via Swish upon delivery or via invoice .

  • The object can, for a fee, be sent to the buyer. Shipping and handling are at the buyer's expense. In connection with this, an administrative fee of 100 SEK excl. VAT will be added.

  • If the item is not picked up and the storage cost amounts to the value of the item, or after 14 days (whichever occurs first), we reserve the right to resell the item . In such case, all rights to the item and any refund will be forfeited.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Surplus

Some companies have a surplus on goods, such as hand tools, that they need help selling. PS then acts as an additional sales channel for that client.
The auctions are often characterized by large volumes, low reserves and free shipping.
This differs from bankruptcy sales as it is a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
