These objects are on floor 1 (Entreplan) of 3 in the property and all objects will need to be carried down to ground level. There is no lift in the property.

The auction delivery of this auction takes place on a Sunday and is held by the sellers themselves. PS Auction will not be present at the delivery. The sellers are responsible for the delivery. This auction is a Liquidation and not a bankruptcy auction.

Please note that this is a sale where the owners themselves are responsible for the release of the items. No staff from PS will be on site.

Upon delivery, the objects can be on any of the three floors of the property. There is no lift, which means that all fixtures must be carried down to ground level. The buyer is responsible for arranging for carrying help to transport the items.

This is the only day that extradition is possible when the premises must be returned to the property owner.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
