Item condition New/unused

Nice holiday home on one level. The house is 60 sqm with small hall, bathroom, two smaller bedrooms and a master bedroom and a large cottage with kitchen area. The house body is offset, which creates roof projections over the entrance and the terrace.
The outer dimensions of the house are about 7.7 x 9.5 meters.
The house is delivered without a panel nailed on (not included), which means that the customer can decide for themselves what type of panel he wants and whether it should be horizontal or vertical. You can also choose to clean the house if you want.

Wall blocks
Gable ends
Roof trusses
Construction document (floor and facade)

Wall construction from the outside in:
22X45 aeration battens
Windscreen
Standing frame rule 45X120

Windows and doors not included.
Everything packed in a package covered with lightweight press.

 

The frames are not finished but are built after the auction has been won. This is so that you as a customer will have the opportunity to possibly change or be able to add any accessories. Also note that product images are only examples of how it can look finished.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item.

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
