Boat Max II with Yanmar inboard engine – circa 1990

Boat of the Max II model with cabin, equipped with a Yanmar 6LP-STZE inboard engine of 315 hp. The boat has undergone a number of repairs in recent years and is equipped with Garmin GPSMap and other navigation instruments.

The engine has clocked 1,552 hours and has been regularly serviced, including replacement of important components such as belts, impellers, bellows and seals. The boat shows normal wear for its age, both internally and externally.

  • Flat top with adjusted valves.
  • Replacement of impeller, water pump and tensioner pulley.

2020 :

  • Replacing the timing belt.
  • Pressure test of gears, including replacement of P-boxes and O-rings.
  • Support bearings and joints checked without any complaints.
  • Bellows replaced.

2021–2023 :

  • Regular service of engine oil, filters and fuel system.
  • 2022: Bottom painting, replacement of both belts, and installation of SMS control for engine heater.
  • 2023: Comprehensive drive service with replacement of joints, bellows, anodes and oils.
  • Repair of oil leaks at the breastplate and gelcoat damage.

Remarks

  • Exterior : Normal wear for its age with gelcoat repair.
  • Engine : Well maintained with several renovations and replacements of vital components.
  • Interior : Normal wear and tear, no major damage reported.

The object has previously been referred to as "Nimbus Max II", but this has not been confirmed. New information suggests that it may be an Eagle Max II . There is no type plate, which means that the make cannot be determined with certainty. (updated 2025-04-15)

Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
