The ValProbe RT Wireless Thermal Validation System consists of:
- A wide range of wireless real-time data loggers for accurate, in-situ measurements of critical process temperature, pressure and humidity measurements. (-80C to 140C).
- A base station that provides reliable real-time wireless communication and collection of process data from the real-time data loggers under the toughest conditions. Use of cutting-edge technologies such as antenna diversity ensures unmatched signal strength and reliable communication and real-time data collection.
- A robust, hardened validation console using Windows 10 LTSC and loaded with ValProbe RT software and a coreload dedicated to validation tasks only. This provides increased security and reliability while minimizing software validation efforts. ValProbe RT software provides an intuitive, easy-to-use operator interface to perform all your validation tasks; Settings, Qualifications, Logger Verifications, Reporting and Data Storage/Backup. The software is designed to meet all current regulatory requirements and/or recommendations for 21 CFR Part 11, Data Privacy and Cybersecurity.
