All bids are binding and the service fee is charged on all items. Any deviations from equivalent second-hand goods are described under the section Remarks in the description of the Item and thus PS is not responsible for the deviation.
The item is NOT TESTED by the auction firm unless otherwise specified in the object description. The object description is done with the best of our knowledge but not binding in detail.

Free included within Sweden!

The product is sent automatically, usually 2-3 working days after completed payment to the specified address on your account (only within Sweden). The delivery method used is Schenker service point (direct delivery is not available). Other shipping methods may occur if necessary.

Please note that we cannot accept changes to delivery addresses via phone or e-mail. Alternative delivery address can be entered under account details.

  • Notified by Packflow (check and approve Packflow if it ends up in the spam folder). Via the tracking link, you can also pick up the package without receiving a notification by leaving the shipping ID at the service point listed via the link.
  • Notified by SMS (day 1 and 5) and letter (day 7).
  • Returned after 14 days at the service point.
  • If you do not receive a notification within 7 days, contact the auction manager for information.
  • Uncollected packages are charged with costs for return shipping and new shipping without exception with reference to the points above.

Foreign buyers can provide a pre-paid shippinglabel and we will arrange the pick-up.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item.

Surplus

Some companies have a surplus on goods, such as hand tools, that they need help selling. PS then acts as an additional sales channel for that client.
The auctions are often characterized by large volumes, low reserves and free shipping.
This differs from bankruptcy sales as it is a voluntary sale.
