The properties VILHELMINA MALGOVIK 2:19 and VILHELMINA MALGOVIK 2:31 are being sold on behalf of the bankruptcy trustee.

The properties are located in the village of Malgovik, about 15km outside Vilhelmina. About 100 meters away is Lake Malgomajsjön, which can also be seen from the property.

Below is information about the buildings on both properties. In picture #2 you see an overview with both properties circled, as well as the locations of buildings 3, 5 and 7. The gym is not marked with a name on the map but is connected to Building 3.

 

House 5:

  • Former catering when the school was in operation.
  • Connected to geothermal heating and heating with pellets which is shared with all buildings. This house also has its own oil boiler.
  • Has two entrances from the front, one entrance on the lower short side, one entrance via the basement and an emergency exit via stairs from the upper floor on the upper short side.
  • Basement: Six rooms. Floors have risen and cracked in most of the basement.
  • Ground floor: Entrance with stairs up to the second floor and down to the basement. Two rooms, one of which is integrated with the former kitchen area. Two toilets.
  • Floor 2: Four rooms. Two of the rooms have previously been some kind of kitchen/lunch room. One toilet with shower.

 

 

House 7:

  • Single-story house with 13 rooms, including halls and kitchen.
  • Heating with geothermal energy.
  • The floor has risen in several of the rooms due to frost.
  • Two toilets with shower.
  • A toilet.
  • Entrance from one short side, and two on the long side of the building, including a disabled ramp and bridge to one entrance.
  • This building also has a ground source heat pump installed.

 

House 3:

  • Built together with a gymnasium but not accessible between them.
  • Connected to geothermal heating and heating with pellets which is shared with all buildings.
  • Ground floor: Three rooms including hall. Half a flight of stairs up is a hall with a wall that was previously connected to the gym. Five toilets.
  • Floor 2: Three rooms and corridor.
  • Basement: Seven rooms including a boiler room. One of the rooms has been used for teaching, the rest are considered storage or auxiliary spaces.

 

Gymnasium:

  • Renovation has begun to become a dance floor/club.
  • To the right of the entrance are a couple of steps up to a small hall and two rooms.
  • There are four toilets in the entrance.
  • The gym is approximately 35x18 meters (stepped length). Ceiling height approximately 7 meters.
  • Windows have been recessed into the walls, but the hole has not been cut into the facade while waiting for the building permit to be completed.
  • A new floor has been partially laid in the gymnasium, but probably due to temperature differences or humidity, the floor has expanded and will need to be relaid.
  • Stage on one side of the hall, bar and a lounge on the other side.
  • Behind the stage there is a storage room where there is a hood dishwasher and some building materials, see pictures. One floor above the storage room there is a room with a kitchen and toilet. There is a separate door from the outside to access these spaces without having to go through the gymnasium.

 

Outside there are two smaller sheds/storage areas. A building with a double garage and storage areas in one half of the building. At the front of House 5 there is a pavilion/gazebo and at the back there is an ice hockey rink.

Remarks

Information regarding heating has been obtained from previous property managers when the school was in operation, not investigated in detail but up to interested parties to verify.

 

The water in the properties was reportedly turned off and the systems drained before the buildings were put into cold storage, however, it can be seen that there have been frost bursts in the radiators. It can be expected that there will be some inspection to be done before the water and heating are turned on.
