The items must be picked up at a warehouse in Bjärnum, see the pickup tab for more information on this. Shipping is not possible via PS Auction.

NTG (the warehouse company) can in limited cases help with shipping the item between certain locations. In such cases, the customer may contact NTG themselves and request a quote for this.

Please note that for each item won, there is an additional picking cost/storage cost applied. This cost will be listed as a "shipping cost" when the bid is placed and on the customer's invoice. However, this only applies to purchases within Sweden, for customers outside Sweden this cost will be included on a separate invoice. The picking cost includes help with warehouse management of the items, as well as help with lifting onto, for example, a trailer.

Picking cost for full pallets 1000 SEK excluding VAT (solar panels with more than 30 panels)

Picking of incomplete orders: 225 SEK excluding VAT (inverters, installation materials, electrical materials, etc.)

The picking cost that applies will be stated in connection with confirming your bid.

Important info

Since the bidder is obliged to inspect the item prior to the auction it is strongly recommended that the bidder attends the exhibition. PS is not responsible for the Customer neglecting its obligation of inspection.

Extradition takes place during:

Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 1-3 pm the week after the auction ends (Week 5)

Please note that the invoice must be paid before the goods can be picked up.

Power of attorney required if courier picks up

Address will be on the invoice after the auction ends.

The picking cost includes lifting assistance with a forklift on a trailer on the loading dock.

Shipping is possible against payment depending on where in Sweden you live (from Skåne to the Stockholm area) coordinated by agreement after the auction has ended.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
