We are now selling a shell of a greenhouse that has been dismantled/disassembled.

Approximate dimensions of the greenhouse you see in the picture set up:

Height approx. 4.30 meters (inside) x 32 meters long x 9.75 meters wide.

Content.

Roof trusses that are in three parts. Approximately 17-18 roof trusses in total. Bolts are missing.
Timber that you see at the bottom of the slope of the erected greenhouse. Approximately 357 cm long planks x 250 pieces.
2 doors/short side. (Single doors) total width approximately 2.25 meters.
Approximately 30 planting tables in varying condition.
3 Hedges with lower legs to table + Brace (Surface-mounted)
There are also about 30 buried terminals. If you want these, you have to carefully dig them up yourself.

Please note! There is no fabric for the roof and no upper part/opening part for roof ventilation.

The greenhouse you see that is complete and set up is NOT for sale, but it is a similar greenhouse that we are selling in parts .

There is damage and some parts may be missing.

If you don't want everything, it's fine to leave.

PS: Buyer must arrange loading himself. Gate open weekdays 7:00-15:00.

The greenhouse must be picked up no later than Tuesday 1/7. Week 27.

No shipping is arranged.

All bids are binding and the service fee is charged on all items. Any deviations from equivalent second-hand goods are described under the section Remarks in the description of the Item and thus PS is not responsible for the deviation.
The item is NOT TESTED by the auction firm unless otherwise specified in the object description. The object description is done with the best of our knowledge but not binding in detail.

The screening will take place on Tuesday, June 17th at 3:00 PM.

You will receive the viewing address by email on Monday.

The object is located in 93136 Skellefteå/Hedensbyn. NOT PS premises.

Delivery takes place after agreement with the case officer pelle.holmstrom@ps.se

The property is located in 93136 Skellefteå in the Hedensbyn industrial area. Please note that you may hire lifting assistance yourself.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time.
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item
