Info Shipping Exhibition Pick up Auction type

Lot of restaurant equipment from a bankrupt estate. The equipment is in a 30 sq m basement storage room where it was recently placed by the landlord in connection with the bankruptcy. Good item for those who are thinking of opening their own restaurant.

Among the inventories are:

Salad buffet Frostemely
Oven Weka
Refrigerator Whirlpool
2 freezer boxes
Stainless steel fryer
Stainless steel heating
40 upholstered black chairs in good condition
10 yellow sofas in good condition, approx. 1.2m/each.
Tables 23 pcs (mostly square but also rectangular)
13 moving boxes with restaurant items and lots of loose restaurant items and ceiling lamps, etc.

Everything in the basement storage is included except the GB ice cream freezer + ice cream machine and grease separator. The equipment appears to be in good condition but it is difficult to inspect carefully considering how it is stored.

NOTE! There is no lighting in the premises so please bring your own lamps when picking up. See last pictures for unloading route. Loading is best done from the loading bay on Karl XIE:s väg.

Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
