This car is based on the Peugeot 206 platform but has its own, higher body and is today a rarity on the roads .

Despite technical innovations such as electric sliding doors, modular seats and high safety ratings (5 stars in Euro NCAP), the 1007 was never a sales success. A total of just under 120,000 units were produced between 2005 and 2009 – far fewer than expected.
