1 pallet of aqua panel floor plaster. The insulated mineral wool board at the bottom can be removed to reduce the building height.

AQUAPANEL® Cement Board Floor is a 100% waterproof, mould-resistant and completely stable dry floor panel made of Portland cement. It is suitable for all types of interior floor constructions. Combined with AQUAPANEL® Leveling Fill, it provides an ideal solution for a perfect, solid floor structure. No screws are required. AQUAPANEL® Cement Board Floor System is suitable for all dry and wet areas. It can be applied in public and private areas such as offices, schools and hospitals, in large or small areas and in new construction and renovation.

Durable and stable with high load capacity ■ Easy to install ■ No drying times ■ No screws required ■ Optimal sound and heat insulation ■ Ideal for all types of floor constructions, including parquet and tiles. Floor coverings can be placed 12 hours after installation. ■ Can be used with underfloor heating ■ Non-flammable ■ Meets strict regulations for wet areas.

Where surfaces are even, lay AQUAPANEL® Cement Board Floor MF (laminated with impact sound insulation board) or lay AQUAPANEL® Cement Board Floor on high-compression insulation board (check suitability for dry floors). For uneven surfaces, prepare a smooth, load-bearing surface with AQUAPANEL® Levelling Filler. Then lay cover board and finish with a top layer of AQUAPANEL® Cement Board Floor.

Delivery by agreement with the administrator within 7 days after the end of the auction. Please make an appointment at least 1 day before you intend to pick up your item.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, any disassembly / packing of the item.

Surplus

Some companies have a surplus on goods, such as hand tools, that they need help selling. PS then acts as an additional sales channel for that client.
The auctions are often characterized by large volumes, low reserves and free shipping.
This differs from bankruptcy sales as it is a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
