The AWT 32 Monoblock heat pump series uses the latest technology for maximum efficiency and minimum environmental impact. The units are very quiet thanks to specially designed fans and a soundproof compressor compartment. The “M” in the name stands for Monoblock, which means that the refrigerant system is a factory-sealed circuit and the connection between the indoor system and the outdoor unit is a hydraulic connection, which makes installation easier.

We call the tank versions “All-in-One” as they are a complete heating/cooling/domestic hot water source for a house. The AWT versions have a 250-liter loop tank for domestic hot water, diverter valve, 3-9 kW immersion heater, expansion vessel, etc. We recommend using an anode for the domestic hot water tank to ensure long-term operation with varying water quality. The outdoor units have a frost protection device to prevent frost damage in the event of a fault.

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
