Indoor unit Air/Water Heat Pump with control cabinet. Monoblock R32
120319 AW12-R32-M-V8
Outdoor unit Air/Water Heat Pump 12 kW Monoblock
Object description
Energy-efficient air/water heat pump from Swedish Energy Save, developed for Nordic climate. Model AWC-R32-M in monoblock design with energy class A+++. A reliable and cost-effective solution for water-based heating systems.
The monoblock design means that the refrigerant circuit is completely closed in the outdoor section, which simplifies installation as no refrigerant handling takes place on site.
Equipped with:
- Nano-coated evaporator
- Variable fan speed
- Very quiet operation
- User-friendly touch display
- Possibility of internet connection via cable
- Automatic defrosting
Can be advantageously combined with an existing boiler as peak and backup heating.

Energy Save's air/water heat pumps are economical and efficient. The pumps are developed in Sweden for the Nordic climate. By converting the energy from the outdoor air, you lower your energy costs, while contributing to a more sustainable climate.
This heat pump should be installed with a buffer tank
Interior without tank
AWC-R32-M is designed to work in hybrid systems together with many different types of heating systems. To modernize and streamline an existing heating system where there is already a water volume, you can supplement it with an indoor unit without a tank, as here, but it has a smaller control cabinet with a display that is mounted on the inside. All correctly dimensioned heat pump systems need help during the coldest days, so if your existing boiler is working – keep it as a spare!
Monoblock – Uniform efficiency
Simple and cost-effective installation. In a monoblock system, the outdoor unit has a closed refrigerant circuit and a heat exchanger.
The outdoor unit can be connected directly to the heating system, meaning no refrigeration technicians are needed during installation. The automatic and self-learning defrost function, combined with the nano-coated evaporator, reduces defrosting time. With the new user-friendly touch display, you can easily make all the necessary settings for efficient, trouble-free operation and see the current status.
Low Noise
Low noise units! ES heat pumps have an innovative blade design and use variable fan speed. With software we can limit the noise even further. The night-mode function allows you to limit operation during the night.
The easiest way to connect to the internet is via cable.
Our heat pumps are KEYMARK certified and SG-Ready and meet the highest European standards for quality and performance.
Note: Should be installed together with buffer tank.
When is a buffer tank used?
A buffer tank is recommended in installations where the heat pump's access to sufficient water volume may be limited or obstructed, for example in the case of:
- Small or restricted radiator circuits
- Underfloor heating system with shunt groups
- Installations with multiple thermostatic valves
- Variable flow system
The buffer tank increases the available water volume and ensures stable operation.
Benefits
- More stable flow through the heat pump
- Reduced start/stop frequency
- Improved operational reliability
- More even temperature control
- Possibility to connect external heat source via internal loop
