Professional combi oven from Electrolux Professional from the Air-O-Steam series, intended for restaurants, bakeries and commercial kitchens. Equipped with glass door, control panel with program control, steam/hot air function and HACCP function. Supplied with stainless steel trolley stand for baking trays.
The oven works with both hot air and steam, which allows baking, steaming, regeneration and combination cooking. Internal fan and flushing/connection hoses are available as shown in the pictures. The machine is intended for permanent installation and requires a water connection and an electrical connection.
Normal used condition with scratches, marks and external wear (see pictures).
