The oven works with both hot air and steam, which enables baking, steaming, regeneration and combination cooking. Equipped with a digital control panel, program functions, temperature control and automatic cleaning function.
Supplied mounted on a stainless steel base with guides for GN trays. Glass door with viewing window and interior lighting. Requires water connection, drain and 400V electrical connection.
Normal used condition with scratches, limescale and signs of use inside and outside (see pictures).
