Equipped with digital control panel, program functions, temperature and time control and automatic cleaning system. Glass door with visibility and interior lighting. Adapted for high capacity and continuous operation in commercial environments.
Internal stainless steel cooking compartment with guides for GN 1/1 trays. Requires water connection, drain and 400V electrical connection.
Normal used condition with scratches, limescale and signs of use. Oven lamp reported broken (see pictures).
