The Amelia front door with glass has a diagonally grooved pattern that is divided in the middle by a line as a lovely decoration on this sturdy door.

At the top edge of the door you have a diamond-shaped window that lets in a nice amount of light. The door is also suitable for the garage or storage room where many people like to have privacy, such as for the modern house or the classic one.

Many exterior doors on the market have a smooth inside, but with this door you get both the inside and outside with the fine milled pattern. In addition, it has a factory-fitted double sealing strip for extra insulating effect.

CE marked: Meets all safety and quality requirements according to the EU's CE certification.

Material

The door has a frame made of double glued pine frame wood.

The frame has modern thermal insulation inside the frame in 50 mm foam plastic (EPS 200). A 0.5 mm aluminum sheet covers both the inside and outside for maximum stability and tightness. On the outside of this aluminum sheet, the door has a specially designed HDF panel that is waterproof and adapted to our climate. The door threshold is oil-treated and made of the hard wood oak, which is both attractive and can withstand a lot of rough handling. In addition, the threshold is equipped with an external aluminum strip as protection against moisture.

  • Fittings: Lock box corresponding to assa 8765 (excl. cylinders and accessories). 3 pin-bearing hinges 3248 KS/KV. The hinges are adjustable both vertically and manually for best adjustment.
  • Glass: 2-glass cassette 4/16/4 mm, 4 mm glass depth and 16 mm argon filling.

The object can be picked up Monday - Thursday between 11:00-14:00. The object must be picked up within 1 week, after which a storage cost of 20:-/day and object will be added. The storage cost is paid via Swish upon delivery or invoiced at the time.

What happens if I don't pick up at the scheduled time?

The item must be picked up within 1 week, after which a storage fee of 20:-/day and item will be added. The storage fee is paid via Swish upon delivery.

If the item is not picked up, the item will be sold as soon as the storage cost reaches the value of the item. This means that all rights to the item and refund will be lost.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Surplus

Some companies have a surplus on goods, such as hand tools, that they need help selling. PS then acts as an additional sales channel for that client.
The auctions are often characterized by large volumes, low reserves and free shipping.
This differs from bankruptcy sales as it is a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
