The auction handover for this auction will take place on 2025-06-04 between 09:00 - 12:00. The buyer is responsible for arranging for the dismantling and removal of purchased auction items on the appointed day and time.

Things to consider: There are stairs up to the property where all the objects are located, so bring proper help and plan for carrying up the stairs. See Google Maps for pictures around the property. Objects are on the ground floor, basement and upper floor of the premises. The buyer is responsible for bringing their own help, their own tools that may be needed to remove your particular object.

Important info
Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time.
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.
Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item
