Even the sausage horns are made of stainless steel! We have sold over a thousand of these stuffers and the quality is overwhelmingly high. The only parts that are not made of stainless steel are the bolts on the sides and the spring of the valve part. So make sure to remove the valve after use and clean it immediately.
Saves space when standing. The container can be tilted and removed, which makes filling and cleaning easier. Equipped with a silicone gasket for tight handling of the sausage batter. Suitable for both left and right-handed people, if you turn the container over, the horn ends up on the other side. The stopper has two different gears, one to reverse the piston and one to push the batter forward when stuffing sausages. Stepless speed control. With a simple hand movement, you can easily change the size of the sausage horns.
A big advantage of this stuffer is that all parts that come into contact with the sausage batter are removable and can be put in the freezer a couple of hours before stuffing the sausage. The sausage horn, locking ring, batter container and plunger plate can all be removed or unscrewed. Also make sure you freeze the mixing bowls before you start.
Cutting the meat into 2-3 cm cubes and running them through the meat grinder when they are half frozen also helps to keep the temperature down. Also put the detachable parts of the meat grinder in the freezer!
