Auction terms

  • The Buyer represents and warrants that the Products will only be used in a lawful manner, and only in establishments and jurisdictions, where the ownership and use of such Products are provided for by law or decree.
  • Because of regulations this auction lot is ONLY sold to pre-registered bidders that have been cleared as a valid bidder and received their user account from Casino Cosmopol / PS Auction.
  • VAT-refund. Swedish VAT (25%) will be attached on the invoice and the invoice needs to be paid in full before collection. The VAT will be refunded to the bidder after we have received proof of export.
  • Payment. The bidder will receive an invoice to the registered email adress after won auction. The invoice needs to be paid directly and before collection.
  • Condition. The item is described with all the facts known to us. The description is made with personel from the auction house and not the seller. The item was in use before the auction and the known obvious faults is stated in the description. The bidder is not held by his/hers bid if the items condition strongly deviates from the description.
  • Collection. The buyer is responsible for collecting, dismantling, loading and transportation av purchased goods.

Pick up

  • Date: August 11 – 29

  • All machines are disassembled and packed on pallets.

  • Once the auction has ended, PS Auction will contact you to coordinate pickup.

  • International shipping can be arranged upon request.

Dismantling

A company is shuting down some of its operations and need help with clearing the premises and selling equipment they no longer need. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
