Chevrolets from 1955-1957 have become sought-after models and here is one in a combi version which is really unusual.
The model designation is Chevrolet Bel Air TwoTen Townsman.
Engine V8 283(4.6l) 223 hp with a more modern TH350 3-speed automatic transmission.
Lovely two-tone paint in original color with matching interior.
The paint is in really good condition, the owner has indicated a couple of minor blemishes in the paint which are shown in the last photos. Chrome and moldings are in good condition.
The car was completely renovated in the USA and updated with, among other things, more modern disc brakes, an alternator and a newer radiator.
It has more modern rims and tires which provide great roadholding.
The current owner imported the car in 2020 and it has been inspected and approved and, according to current regulations, is exempt from inspection.
The condition is generally very good and everything works as it should.
Opportunity to buy a nice and unusual American car waiting to hit the summer roads.
The car can be viewed and delivered either in Bandhagen or Oviken, and collection is by arrangement with the auctioneer. For viewing before the auction, please contact the auctioneer. (lars.nilsson@ps.se)
