The product is sent automatically, usually 2-3 working days after completed payment to the specified address on your account (only within Sweden). The delivery method used is Schenker service point (direct delivery is not available). Other shipping methods may occur if necessary.

Please note that we cannot accept changes to delivery addresses via phone or e-mail. Alternative delivery address can be entered under account details.

  • Notified by Packflow (check and approve Packflow if it ends up in the spam folder). Via the tracking link, you can also pick up the package without receiving a notification by leaving the shipping ID at the service point listed via the link.
  • Notified by SMS (day 1 and 5) and letter (day 7).
  • Returned after 14 days at the service point.
  • If you do not receive a notification within 7 days, contact the auction manager for information.
  • Uncollected packages are charged with costs for return shipping and new shipping without exception with reference to the points above.

Pick up at Väla in Helsingborg.

The object can be picked up Monday - Thursday between 11:00-14:00. The object must be picked up within 1 week, after which a storage cost of 20:-/day and object will be added. The storage cost is paid via Swish upon delivery or invoiced at the time.

What happens if I don't pick up at the scheduled time?

The item must be picked up within 1 week, after which a storage fee of 20:-/day and item will be added. The storage fee is paid via Swish upon delivery.

If the item is not picked up, the item will be sold as soon as the storage cost reaches the value of the item. This means that all rights to the item and refund will be lost.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Invoice copy and proof of payment must be brought to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Surplus

Some companies have a surplus on goods, such as hand tools, that they need help selling. PS then acts as an additional sales channel for that client.
The auctions are often characterized by large volumes, low reserves and free shipping.
This differs from bankruptcy sales as it is a voluntary sale.
