Auction terms / Important information when purchasing X-ray equipment:

Buyer requirements:

The item is only sold to dental/healthcare businesses that have the legal right to acquire and possess X-ray equipment.

Swedish buyers:

Must present a valid permit or registration from the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority (SSM) before delivery.

Foreign buyers:

Must present a valid registration certificate and a permit for X-ray operations from the corresponding radiation protection authority in their home country. Valid VAT number required.

Delivery and transport:

Delivery will only take place when the buyer's approval has been verified. For international transport, an international consignment note (CMR) or export document is required as proof that the equipment is leaving Sweden. The buyer and seller jointly complete the transfer/export notification to SSM.

Disclaimer for the auction house:

PS Auction acts only as an intermediary for this sale. Regulatory reporting, transfer notification and verification of permits take place directly and exclusively between the buyer and the selling clinic.

Remarks

Damage to plastic and twisted X-ray head on one unit.

Buyers do not need to bring the entire bench and column, but are responsible for dismantling and packaging.

The buyer is responsible for dismantling being carried out in a professional manner and for any damage to the premises being restored.

All bids are binding and the service fee is charged on all items. Any deviations from equivalent second-hand goods are described under the section Remarks in the description of the Item and thus PS is not responsible for the deviation.
The item is NOT TESTED by the auction firm unless otherwise specified in the object description. The object description is done with the best of our knowledge but not binding in detail.

  • Payment must be received by us no later than the day before delivery.

  • The buyer is responsible for professionally dismantling and disconnecting any water and electrical installations.
  • Please note that some units are located upstairs in the property. There is no elevator.

Important info

Payment must have been received by us before you can pick up the goods, so pay in time. 
Please bring a copy of the invoice to the pick up. The buyer shall at the appointed time arrange collection, loading, disassembly / packing of the item.

Regarding items in PS premises that have not been picked up on time PS have the right to charge 2500 SEK excl VAT / week per item

Disposal

Disposal means that a client has goods that they wish to sell. For example, it may be a supply / storage that is needs to be emptied, or that the company has restructured and does not need office space / equipment / etc anymore. This differs from bankruptcy since it's a voluntary sale.

Three ways to bid

Classic - The bidding is fully handled by the system. The goal is to always place a bid right above the competing bidders but no more than that. The bidding service automatically places bids in your name up to your maxbid. The minimum bidding intervalls vary between items.


Comfort - Works like the Classic bid but with the difference that the system takes the current bid and reserve price into consideration in the cases there is one. A good choice if you know you’ll bid high but don’t want to get caught up in bidding below the reserve price.


Active - The bid will be the one you place and is handled manually. Good to use if you want to place a large bid from the start and take home the whole auction, but requires attention from the bidders part in case other bidder might have maxbids in place.

Service fee is the fee that PS collects from the bidder for the use of our bidding service

No reserve price

There is no reserve price for this item. That means that the highest bid will always be a winning bid.

Reserve price not reached

The bid has not yet reached the reserve price which is the price that the seller is willing to sell the item for. If the auction ends without the reserve price being reached, one of the following will happen. 1) The seller accepts the bid and an invoice is sent to the bidder within 3 working days. 2) A representative from PS Auction calls the bidder to negotiate the price within 3 working days. 3) The seller does NOT accept the bid. The item is either not sold at all or re-auctioned.

Reserve price reached

The bid has reached the reservation price the seller is willing to sell the item for. Unless something unforeseen happens, the bidder will receive an invoice for the item after the auction has ended.
