Other information: BMT-ABL is a modular bottle filling line for automatic filling and sealing of bottles. Based on the experiences of Bredängs Musteri and cider brewery, Bredängs Maskinteknik has developed this bottle filling line. The basic machine consists of two individually controlled belts for infeed and outfeed of bottles. The first module concerns hot and cold filling of still products with a capacity of up to 900 liters per hour. Extra modules can be added for, among other things, filling of carbonated beverages and for different closures on the bottles, such as crown caps and screw caps. Each machine was produced according to customer requirements, regarding which modules are requested and dimensions. Low overall height and compact external dimensions have been important factors in the design as well as flexibility for different packaging types. The construction is built entirely in stainless steel and prepared for CIP cleaning.
Loading and dismantling are carried out by the buyer.
NOTE! Dismantled by buyer, must be done in a professional manner and any damage to the premises must be restored, see pictures to get an idea of the workmanship
